I still go back to play this game. I really wish more people would discover it.

The game is great. Would love to be able to jump with arrow up, as well. Maybe it has some other function later in the game, but not as far as I could see. Always a good tip to include as many control schemes as possible.

The blocks need to be slower than in regular Tetris (as they are), but the wait time in the very beginning - when you are just waiting for the first blocks to get down - is a bit too long. Maybe tweak something there, make the waiting a bit more fun. I would maybe just add something extra, like a couple of flies you can catch with a tiny sound effect, just to make it more enjoyable.

Other than that, it's great. Love the concept, the sound and the graphics.

I really liked this. Far too difficult to find the PIN though, since numbers were all over the place. I was sure the number 25 was relevant, since it's on a picture in the bedroom. Just had to brute force it. Also a bit too picky when looking for the cable.

But other than that, I really like it. Graphics are great, story is great, the enviromental storytelling is fantastic and I feel really inspired to create something similar. Well done!

Fantastic concept with a heartfelt story without dialouge nor cutscenes. Very inspiring!

The premise of the game is that it is broken. Your objective is to fix the game. That concept is fine. However, the gameplay has nothing to do with the original concept. It plays like an ordinary platformer, and there's no difference between placing objects and picking them up.

I expected something in line with losing abilities as you place the items you accidentally started with. Like losing your ability to wall jump or something. That would have made the game somewhat original by being played "backwards". This is however pretty much as bland as it gets. I did however really enjoy controling the protagonist, except for the wall jumps when you suddently feel a bit heavier than normal.

As for the graphics, try to explore a more coheret style. Hedgehogs, rats, birds with droppings, something ripped from Plants vs Zombies and a guy in a hat as a protagonist. It doesn't say much, isn't memorable and makes the game lack a certain style, even if the pixel art is very well done.

I did finish the game and got the coins, but had to turn off the music after a while. While the game had humorous tendancies, the music didn't and more or less sounded like the kind on music featured in porn during the 80's.

TLDR: The programming and art was fine, but stick to your original concept.

This is really amazing. Such a great concept for a game. I love it.

Great game! Nice graphics and aesthetics. The space shooter mini game feels a bit unfair at times. I probably spent 80% of the games time trying to beat them.

I did however manage to beat the game and enjoyed it.

Thanks for playing my game, I'm glad you think the graphics are nice.

I did spend more time trying to balance the shooter mini game, though perhaps I got something wrong. I'll know for next time.

Thanks,

Wonderful game. Great level design!

I liked this very much. Ending could be better, though. The theme and gameplay works fine for what it is, but the narrative could be polished.

Well, it's a nice game. I enjoyed a lot of stuff here. The graphics are solid and the gameplay is decent. However, there should really be some music and sound effects in an action game. And you shouldn't be able to spend resources on upgrades if you require those resources to get to the next level.
I upgraded my speed on level 4, and since the level didn't have any more rocks for me to gather I just had to wait out the timer. Could use some tweaking.

But I like the idea. Keep it up!

I make games that are rated 3 stars.
